FX volatility is high even as systemic risk is abatting somewhat. This will not be temporray as the market anticipates the US stimulus package and its affect. There is one thing for sure, a great amount of dollars are out there and more will be printed to deal with this crisis. The FED has sterilized some of the balance sheet expansion but not enough to counter the massive increase in dollars.
