Our investment process centers on two principles, relative value investing and short-term momentum trading. Value investing works because it is founded on the notion of buying (or selling) an asset for less (or more) than its worth. Inherent in our approach is the belief that market prices of currency pairs do not necessarily indicate their true economic worth. We believe in market inefficiencies and seek our investment opportunities within them. Our niche is to take a very broad perspective of interest rate differentials between countries, mispriced responses to economic data/news events and reacting to the potential opportunity.
